BucksCountyAlive will provide you with a complete advertising package, which includes a banner ad on all of our 45 websites and in our weekly events notice. Our program is designed to continuously advertise your event for one full month.   An authentic, affordable, and local Renaissance Faire with a CAUSE. ALL proceeds go to the public library. Support the public library & have fun too! This all volunteer community event attracted over 9,000 in one weekend last year. Please come join us September 17th and 18th. An event for all ages and affordable to all. SUSPEND DISBELIEF this September and be entertained by hundreds of performers every half hour on our eight stages at the Middletown Grange Fairgrounds. The Village Faire is designed to entertain, educate, and involve visitors of all ages. Here are a few of our featured activities: Armored Horseback Jousting, Flying Birds of Prey, Aerialist shows every hour, Firebreathing, LIVING LITERATURE-Saxons invade the faire, Children's Quest, Human Flail, Petting Zoo, Carriage & Pony Rides, Human Chess, Archery, Puppetry, Juggling & Comedy, Live Music, Theatre, & Dancing, SCA Historical Demonstrations, Crafts, Games & Inflatables.   Don't miss the largest outdoor, juried arts festival in Bucks County! Celebrating its 25th anniversary, the Doylestown Arts Festival is hosted by Discover Doylestown and presented by The Thompson Organization. The two-day festival (September 10 and 11) draws thousands annually for a weekend of original art, featuring over 160 artists showcasing their creative works. Selections include paintings, photography, jewelry, wood and metal work, furniture, pottery, and more. Five stages of live music and various activities will be featured throughout town. A variety of dining options are available at the festival's food court and in the many unique restaurants that line the streets.   Now in its fifth year - with Lexus as the official vehicle - the Thompson Bucks County Classic on September 11 is a professional International bicycle race and cycling festival. Now a part of the newly-formed USA Cycling Pro Road Tour, this year's event packs six exciting races into one day: the Cyclosportif recreational ride, Amateur Men's Race, Children's Races, High Wheelers (new for 2016!), Pro-Women's Race, and the Grand Finale: the Thompson Criterium of Doylestown Pro-Men's Race.   Tamanend Park Day is a FREE Family Event! It includes: Philadelphia Zoo on Wheels; Lakeside Farm animals; face painting and balloon animals; colonial spices, salt grinding and cooking; children's environmental walk; blacksmith demonstration; music by Zydeco-A-Go-Go; hayrides and pony party people; insectarium display; vernal pond; and food for purchase.  
 
Johnny Peers and his lovable dogs are coming back to the Sellersville Theater on September 17 to tickle your funny bone with one of our most beloved family shows! These Animal Planet stars perform fun, challenging tricks led by Johnny, a Ringling Brothers Clown College graduate. Some of Johnny's dogs are rescued from shelters, like Noodles, the world's only skateboarding basset hound and Squeaky, the ladder climbing for terrier.
